Step 1: Request our price list and brochure: (see our contact page!)
Step 2: Book a visit:
Once you have had a chance to read our brochure, please call Natasha, our nursery manager, to organise to visit Mars (there's nothing like visiting a nursery to see if you and your child like it!) Morning visits are best as the younger children tend to have an afternoon nap. We will hand you a yellow "registration form" at the end of your visit.
Step 3: Join our waiting list:
Please complete our yellow "registration form" along with the non-refundable £75 registration fee (cheques are prefered). You can do this on the day, or at a later stage if you wish to visit other nurseries before deciding.
Step 4: We offer you a place:
We usually have a long waiting list… and as soon as a place becomes available for your child, we will telephone you to offer you the place, and then send you an "offer letter".
Step 5: You accept the place:
Simply return the "acceptance form" along with your direct debit form as well as the deposit and the first month's fees.
Step 6: We confirm your place:
We will confirm your place in writing, with the start date
Your place is now guaranteed
Step 7: Fees are collected:
Fees are collected by direct debit on the first of the month in advance. (i.e. September's fees are collected on the 1st September). Any childcare vouchers etc will be deducted from the following month's bill after receipt of the voucher payment.
Step 8: Your child starts at Mars:
Congratulations!!!!
